Job Summary
Works as part of Talent Acquisition team, primarily sourcing candidates, developing a comprehensive understanding of
the company's hiring needs for each position, meeting competitive hiring goals and managing expectations.
Responsible for identifying, interview screening and selecting the most appropriate
candidates for short listing, both internally and externally as well as ongoing candidate pipelining.
Key Job Responsibilities
Seeks and sources the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
Identifies people with the appropriate skills, experience and behaviours aligned to recruitment requirements.
Uses a broad range of sourcing methods including social media, CV searching and internal/external databases.
Generates referrals through the use of internal promotion and highlighting internal opportunities and talent.
Provides constructive feedback and suggestions to job applicants/candidates.
Supports prospects and bidding activity by pipelining unsecured roles.
Supports Recruitment Managers through the recruitment process.
Maintains database of candidates records, maximising the usage of the applicant tracking system
Ensures adherence with compliance requirements for all candidates and approvals to hire
Creates adverts ready for posting to the external market.
