Assistant Site Manager – Civil Engineering (Holiday Cover, Plymouth)

Location: Plymouth

Employment type: Temporary (Holiday Cover)

Start date: Immediate

About the role:

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support a civil engineering contractor on a road reconfiguration project in Plymouth. This role will focus on external works and groundworks, covering site management duties during holiday leave.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day site management
Ensure health & safety compliance on site
Coordinate subcontractors and trades
Support delivery of works to programme and quality standards

Requirements:

SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS card
Experience within civil engineering / groundworks projects
