About You
Experience as a school caretaker in an educational setting, supervising and directing cleaning staff with experience of property maintenance and site management is highly desirable. However; carpentry, plumbing and/or general handy person skills, and being able to use hand and electrical tools is a must for this job role as well as having good communication skills in spoken and written English. The ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable, and well organised with good interpersonal skills with an ability to work productively as part of a team of professionals.
