We’re expanding and looking for an Associate to join our market-leading Commercial Disputes team. You’ll work alongside highly experienced UK and international colleagues on high-quality, complex matters, playing a key role in the continuing growth of our practice. What You’ll Do:
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes across multiple sectors
• Work closely with Partners in the UK and internationally on strategic, high-value matters
• Gain exposure to a wide range of forums, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
• Develop expertise in specialist areas such as finance, fraud, construction, IT, IP, and more
• Contribute to complex, cross-disciplinary matters by collaborating with colleagues across the firm
• Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your technical and commercial skills
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience supporting commercial disputes matters with solid technical legal knowledge
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• A pragmatic, commercial approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, collaborative team player with enthusiasm for business development and learning
