What You'll Be Doing

• Developing new business by making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
• Building strong relationships and offering staffing solutions tailored to client needs
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Writing job adverts and sourcing high-quality candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
• Managing interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Travelling to meet clients across the US
