A leading International Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate (2-5 PQE) to join their highly ranked practice in London.

Based in London, they collaborate globally on multi-jurisdictional matters for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role

As a tax associate, you will advise on a broad range of matters, including:

Corporate & Private Capital: M&A, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and private capital deals.
Real Estate: Tax advice on major commercial property transactions.
Finance & Restructuring: Equity and debt transactions, refinancing, and bespoke restructuring.
Tax Disputes: Handling complex domestic and international tax litigation and negotiations.

What They're Looking For

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or common law jurisdiction) with corporate tax experience.
Strong academic record, analytical skills, and clear communication.
Collaborative, commercially aware, with an interest in complex cross-border work.
Experience in advisory or contentious tax is welcome; a desire to build a broad practice is essential.
