We are hiring an Associate Dentist in our Addlestone Practice in Surrey.

Successful candidates will have an unconditional NHS performer number and have experience of providing general dentistry, have available immunization records and indemnity cover.

Job Title: Associate Dentist

Address: 172 Station Rd, Addlestone KT15 2BD

Shifts: Any 4 days a week 09:00-17:00

UDAs: 4000
