Role Summary and Purpose
A key contributor to the consolidation and build out of Arch International’s Digital division. Working with the Head of Digital, the Digital team and the wider Arch International business to mature and accelerate our Digital underwriting, distribution and partnerships across our London Market, UK Regional, Australia, EU and Bermudan insurance businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a generalist, assisting across the varied workstreams that will bring this new division to life and deliver our business goals.
This team member will be a proactive and vital part of helping us achieve our objectives of becoming the industry’s first choice digital partner, and maximizing the value we generate from digital channels offering this individual great exposure and opportunities for growth across a diverse business.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Strategy:
- Assist in documenting and maintaining digital distribution plans, including tracking tactical initiatives and proof-of-concept pilots.
- Produce briefing packs for senior leadership.
- A key point of contact for coordinating internal digital initiatives.
- Support the development of digital capability roadmaps by gathering requirements and liaising with IT, Strategic Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Assist in monitoring and documenting market trends and competitor activity, summarising insights for internal stakeholders.
- Products
- Help manage the onboarding process for new digital partners and support the maintenance of existing relationships.
- Track progress of digital initiatives, maintaining documentation and supporting initiative owners with execution tasks.
- Maintain records and documentation related to digital product capabilities and updates.
- Digital Partnerships
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new digital partnerships, including Insurtechs and tech-enabled MGAs.
- Support external engagements by preparing briefing materials and coordinating meetings with prospective partners.
- Help establish, document, and refine internal processes for assessing and onboarding new digital distribution partners.
- Conduct research into emerging trends in the Insurtech space as needed
