About the Role
As Associate Director or Director, you’ll sit at the heart of our senior team, helping to shape agency expansion, guide winning pitches, and elevate client programmes across earned, owned, and paid. You’ll bring sharp commercial acumen, proven PR and marketing expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help take GingerMay to its next phase of growth.
This is a hybrid role, based in London or Tunbridge Wells, and home.
