To act as a business catalyst, enabling regional account managers to strategically position Tata Communications’ CXaaS based on Agentic AI Commerce within key enterprise accounts.
The goal is to
elevate Tata Communications in the value creation matrix—from connectivity partner to strategic CX transformation partner.
Core Responsibilities
- Platform Evangelism & Enablement
- Drive awareness of the CXaaS Platform across strategic accounts in the region.
- Conduct tailored workshops, pitch sessions, and executive briefings alongside account teams.
- Train account managers on CXaaS use cases, value messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Strategic Account Co-Sell
- Identify and qualify high-impact CXaaS Platform opportunities in partnership with account managers.
- Lead solution scoping discussions with CXSEs and support proposal creation.
- Build Agentic AI Commerce Suite-specific opportunity pipeline and contribute to account strategy planning.
- Value Matrix Elevation
- Map and influence stakeholders beyond IT—targeting CMO, Chief Digital Officer, and Customer Experience heads.
- Design joint roadmaps to transition from tactical deployments to strategic transformation narratives.
- Advocate for larger, cross-functional conversations on AI, personalization, and agentic journeys.
- Pipeline Development & Feedback Loop
- Track pipeline metrics and influence deal velocity for Platform motions.
- Capture market, customer, and competitive insights to refine GTM and product strategies.
