Associate Director/Director - Contracting (Malaysia)

The Role

This is a leadership position—ideal for a new or experienced manager ready to step into a broader management role. You’ll drive team performance, mentor contracting consultants, and ensure we exceed client expectations every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants within the contracting space
• Focus on building and scaling the contracting team
• Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance across the team
• Support business development efforts, win new clients, and expand existing accounts
• Implement recruitment best practices, tools, and processes
• Report on pipeline activity, team metrics, and revenue performance

What You Bring

• 6-7+ years of agency recruitment experience (at least 1 year in a team lead or mentorship role)
• Proven billing track record and strong client management skills
• Experience mentoring or managing consultants with varying levels of experience
• Commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business development
• Motivated, organized, and confident in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
