Associate Director, MXDR Engineering

Summary
The purpose of this role is to lead a global engineering team that performs the implementation and technical support of our MXDR solutions at client infrastructures. The global team is made up of several sub teams that all contribute to global pipelines of implementation projects, support requests and health monitoring issues at client deployments.
In this role you have responsibility over a team of potentially more senior Engineers and Technical Consultants. Some of whom have line management responsibilities. The Associate Director sets objectives and drives change & innovation. They are accountable for upholding high standards of excellence and will work with peers in management during escalations. Depending on the service they will align and collaborate with related service teams, Product Managers and Service owners.
