Job Description
An exciting opportunity has come up to join a nationwide multidisciplinary consultancy in the London area. My client is seeking a professional Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to lead delivery across a wide range of high-profile public and private sector projects.

Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams
- Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent preferred), or other recognised bodies
- Background in infrastructure, education, healthcare, or public sector developments
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
Duties
- Lead and manage the delivery of Quantity Surveying services on key projects
- Provide strategic cost advice and ensure value for money for clients
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver services from project inception through to completion
