Scope And Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial modeling;
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence;
- Assist in deal execution including: conduct deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring;
- Monitor asset performance and;
- Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies.
Experience Required
- At least two years of investment banking experience at a top-tier investment banks or consulting firms;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative;
- Hard-working with strong dedication to the position and company; and
- Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
