About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who have foundational knowledge of both front-end and back-end development and are eager to build real-world experience in a professional environment.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to web applications while learning best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining web applications across front-end and back-end components
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under supervision
Support the development of user interfaces using modern front-end technologies
Assist with backend logic, APIs, and database interactions
Debug, test, and help resolve application issues
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams
Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and development processes
Maintain basic technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with at least one front-end framework or library (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
Basic knowledge of a backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, or C#)
Understanding of databases and basic data handling (SQL or NoSQL)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a developer
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Internship, academic projects, or personal projects in full-stack development
Exposure to REST APIs and basic backend services
