Associate Lead Teacher of ICT and Media Job description Melior Community Academy are looking to appoint an Associate Lead Teacher for ICT and Media to join our academy in September 2025 on a full time, permanent basis.

In the role of Associate Lead Teacher for ICT and Media, you will provide pedagogic leadership supporting other Lead Teachers as an outstanding classroom practitioner. You will play a key part in raising standards through the modelling of your own outstanding teaching and supporting the professional development of your colleagues. Your ultimate aim is to improve the learning experience and increase the outcomes of students, whatever their ability.

Melior Community Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. The Academy opened in January 2013 for students aged 11 to 16. The school has recently been rebuilt and facilities are excellent, located within easy commuting distance of the main urban areas this is a great place to work.
