Role Overview
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Associate to join the market-leading London Residential Investment team, part of Savills Operational Capital Markets . We are looking for a bright, commercially astute individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment.
Based in our Margaret Street head office, this role will involve being a core member of the team advising on landmark London residential investment transactions, with a focus on large-scale multifamily assets across the capital.
This is a fast-paced, transaction-driven role that will suit an ambitious individual capable of taking ownership and driving transactions forward. You will gain exposure to every stage of the investment process – from pitch to execution – and work closely with senior colleagues and clients on high-profile mandates.

We advise leading institutional investors, private equity and international capital on acquisitions and disposals across London.
