Join Our Market-Leading Commercial Team – Senior Associate, IT/Technology & Outsourcing
Our Tier 1-ranked national Commercial team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced lawyer with a passion for technology and outsourcing. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative group working on complex digital transformation and sourcing projects for leading UK and global clients across a variety of sectors.
What You'll Do:
• Advise on large-scale IT and business process outsourcing arrangements, SaaS/cloud contracts, and software licensing
• Lead and support on complex digital transformation and commercial transactions
• Work directly with FTSE 100 companies, global tech giants, banks, fintechs, and public sector clients
• Build and manage long-term client relationships as a trusted commercial adviser
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the practice
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
• Balance multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Who We're Looking For:
• A qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial and technology law
• Demonstrated experience in outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, software licensing, or tech infrastructure agreements
• Strategic and commercially minded, with strong client management skills
• Experience or interest in regulated sectors such as financial services, retail, payments, or digital health
• A collaborative team player with a drive for excellence and innovation
