Associate/Managing Associate – Commercial (Technology, Outsourcing and IT)

We’re looking for a Commercial Lawyer with experience in IT, technology, and outsourcing to join our Tier 1-ranked national Commercial team.

You’ll be part of a high-performing group advising on complex, high-value digital and transformation projects for a broad mix of FTSE 100 companies, well-known retailers, energy and utility providers, and industrial clients. What You'll Do:

• Lead and support complex technology, outsourcing, and commercial contracts, including digital transformation projects

• Advise on IT and business process outsourcing, SaaS/cloud service contracts, licensing, and supply chain arrangements

• Act as a lead adviser or part of a wider team across large-scale and mid-market commercial transactions

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients across multiple sectors

• Support business development efforts and contribute to thought leadership in the commercial tech space

• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development

• Balance multiple, high-value workstreams in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE in commercial and technology law

• Strong experience in IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, licensing, or tech infrastructure agreements

• Confident leading transactions and managing senior client relationships

• Strategic thinker able to provide commercially focused legal advice

• Experience or interest in sectors such as retail, energy, manufacturing, or digital health is a plus
