Associate/ Managing Associate – Product Safety Lawyer (Commercial Disputes)

We’re looking for a talented, qualified lawyer to join our market-leading Product Safety & Product Liability team at Addleshaw Goddard based in our London office. Recognised as a Tier 1 practice, we advise on complex, high-profile product litigation and regulatory matters across a wide range of sectors including life sciences, automotive, retail, and FMCG. This is a unique opportunity to work on headline-making disputes and recalls, supporting some of the world’s most respected brands.

What You'll Do:

• Advise clients on product liability claims and product safety issues, including individual claims and group litigation

• Lead and coordinate product recalls across UK and EU regulatory regimes

• Support major disputes involving high-value, multi-jurisdictional litigation

• Deliver pragmatic, strategic advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectives

• Build and manage strong client relationships across key sectors

• Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge sharing

• Depending on experience, mentor and support junior team members

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 3+ years of relevant PQE

• Experienced in product liability and product safety/regulatory work

• Confident advising on recalls and regulatory compliance

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Commercially minded, collaborative, and proactive in BD activity
