Associate Marketing Manager - Animal-Health Pharmaceutical Company

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Associate Marketing Manager to support category and brand-level marketing initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the Category Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to drive execution, performance, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate category strategies into actionable brand plans
• Execute UK & Ireland marketing campaigns to meet sales targets
• Lead omnichannel and traditional marketing projects
• Define brand objectives and ensure multi-channel execution
• Track performance metrics and adapt plans as needed
• Collaborate with species teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Use digital data to optimise omnichannel activations
• Develop and manage compliant promotional materials

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in life sciences or business (MBA or marketing qualification preferred)
• 1–3 years of marketing experience
• Strong organisational, communication, and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams
