Who do we nee

d?As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the Mid Market Sales Representative has full responsibility for delivering a positive customer experience that will set the stage for continued engagement and growing interest in Monotype’s type, technology, and expertise. The Mid Market Sales Representative will interact with prospective clients via telephone, email and other technologies. This individual will have responsibility for a set of personal goals that may include revenue targets, conversions from lead to opportunity, trial commitments, et


c.

Another important role of the Associate Mid Market Sales Rep is to support the field Account Managers with complex quotes, creation of contractual paperwork and other administrative tasks, while helping existing clients (some high profile, large brands and agencies) with any queries they may have and spotting opportunities to turn some of these queries in to future sal

  • ing:Review, contact, and qualify marketing-generated leads and deliver qualified opportunities to field Account managers as appropri

  • age.Support field Account Managers with contracts and other administrative ta
  • sks.Answer existing customer queries and spot opportunities for future sa
  • les.Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations and other sales engageme
  • nts.Retrieve customer feedback and share insights of lessons learned throughout the customer engagement cycle that will contribute to improving offerings, positioning, customer engagement process, customer experience, sales outco
  • mes.Obtain thorough knowledge of company’s solutions and corporate/market value to identify and drive qualified le
  • ads.Collaborate with supervisor and sales teams to determine sales strategies and approac
  • hes.Engage current customers through telephone and email to maintain relationships and increase potential add-on products and servi
  • ces.Maintain and update internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interacti
  • ons.Ensure follow-up and management of database of prospective and current custom
  • ers.Maintain and organise database reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to deliver to necessary team memb
  • ers.Understand and present product/services features, quote prices, credit terms and sales order proc
  • ess.Assist and create quotes and RFP responses to potential clie
