About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Peer Review Performance Manager to join our Wiley Peer Review team. This role will focus on work with our external Editorial Offices. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external colleagues as well as cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, seamless system integration, accurate data gathering, and high levels of customer service at all times.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Overseeing day-to-day management of the peer review and Journal Editorial Office services.
- Supporting editor and admin performance across a segment of the Research Publishing portfolio.
- Using continuous improvement methodology to work towards workflow optimization, and support adoption of peer review best practices and standards.
What We Look For
- Have a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in a professional setting; experience in scholarly publishing preferred but not required.
- Can ensure consistent application of best practices and assist in the development of continuously improving processes.
- Able to develop/maintain collaborative working relationships with peers, colleagues, vendor partners, clients, and others; managing conflict effectively, coordinating to meet shared objectives, and proactively managing change.
- Can establish rapport with clients, understand their needs, engage them in new opportunities, and guide them through changes, initiatives, and other projects.
- Show evidence of strong Customer Service skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Be comfortable handling data in various formats.
- Ideally have knowledge of Peer Review Systems.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
