Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to pre-acquisition work-streams including market due diligence, financial and operational analysis
- Support the development of thematic trends
- Assist in industry research and analysis and preparation of internal investment committee documents
- Work with portfolio company management and investment teams to assess the operational maturity of existing and potential portfolio companies in order to identify areas of improvement
- Support senior team members on various tasks related to product reporting, investment monitoring, marketing and other ad-hoc project work
- Strong academic credentials in any of the following – Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics
- 3+ years of relevant work experience from either Private Equity firm or a leading management consulting firm or Investment Bank (goods and products focused) required. Operational / industry experience in the goods and products sector a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication, able to engage and motivate others across all levels of seniority
- A self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities
