Your mission:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Associate Product Manager to join our London office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and communication skills to play a crucial part in driving Fiduciam’s growth by working on scalability and innovative projects. You will be reporting to the CIO and assume the following responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to define product requirements and user stories;
- Lead the creation of Business Requirements Analysis (BRA) documents to clearly define scope, functionality, workflows and dependencies;
- Translate requirements into wireframes, collaborating closely with internal and external engineers;
- Write and maintain testing plans, acceptance criteria and edge cases scenarios for QA and UAT cycles;
- Document features, workflows and product decisions clearly for internal and external use;
- Identify arears for improvement in established features;
- Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance and front-office teams to support execution and delivery;
- Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, user feedback and technical feasibility;
- Coordinate product releases, go-to-market tasks and internal communication; and
- Stay informed on fintech trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
About you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis or a related role;
- You have had significant exposure to the full lifecycle of a product launch;
- You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- You are proficient with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) and a strong grasp of intuitive UI design;
- You understand QA and testing principles, including writing test cases or acceptance criteria;
- You are proficient with agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence or Notion;
- You can demonstrate strong analytical thinking and ability to solve problems with a user-first mindset;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English;
- You are proactive, highly organized and diligent, with a collaborative attitude;
- You are a self-starter and can work efficiently with minimum supervision; and
- You are able to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a fintech or a startup;
- Demonstrated interest in finance or financial acumen; and
- Speaking another language, especially Spanish, German, French or Dutch.
