Associate Product Manager

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team at Pinewood.AI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building impactful technology and eager to learn and grow within a high-performing product environment.

You'll work closely with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define, shape, and deliver product enhancements that drive value for our customers. Job Purpose:

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll support the development and delivery of our Automotive Intelligence Platform by translating business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable requirements. You'll contribute to our product roadmap, own specific customer problem areas, and help ensure features are delivered with measurable impact. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through to release and value tracking.

You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Project Delivery Managers, Architects, Developers, and Account Managers, and work collaboratively to support product success. Occasional travel may be required to meet with customers and partners in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape product enhancements aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Own and become an expert in defined problem spaces and user segments
• Translate customer feedback and insights into clear product requirements and opportunities
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market research to identify gaps and inform decision-making
• Contribute to roadmap development, prioritising features and setting measurable outcomes
• Use data and feedback to support strategic decisions and backlog prioritisation
• Work across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery, balancing speed and quality
• Support communication of product progress, feature benefits, and delivery plans across the business
• Help manage the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through to release and value measurement

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a product or delivery-focused role, ideally within a software environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or Lean frameworks
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, dealership operations, or dealer management systems
• Experience gathering and interpreting customer insights to drive product decisions
• Comfortable managing multiple product streams and balancing stakeholder needs
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using tools such as Jira, DevOps, Confluence, or Figma
• Understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle stages.
