Banks connected to FXSpotStream act as liquidity providers for clients, who can access these services via a GUI or API from co-location sites in New York, London, Tokyo and Amsterdam. FXSpotStream's liquidity providers include major banks like J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs. The company also offers access to all Algos of its liquidity providers and a matching engine, MidMatch®, for trading spot FX and Precious Metals. FXSpotStream has offices in New Jersey, London, Tokyo, and Amsterdam.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate-Sales & New Business for a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating new business, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, maintaining relationships, handling inquiries, and facilitating communication between clients and liquidity providers.

Qualifications

Minimum 1year of work experience in sales, preferably at an ECN or exchange, eFX Sales or PB at a bank or relevant technology vendor is preferred
Strong FX product knowledge
Selling skills: ability to identify, develop, and articulate a complex proposition
Strong understanding of LP/client business model, technical requirements, and workflows
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technologies with a high level of proficiency
Problem-solving ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs
Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization
Knowledge of CRM Tool
Excellent written and communication skills
Client service and solution oriented

Ability to work independently and in a team structure
