Corporate Finance/ ECM Associate, 2-6 PQE

I have direct instructions from a leading law firm, which is seeking to recruit a Corporate Finance lawyer with a focus on Equity Capital Markets at the 2–6 PQE level to join its growing team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of UK and international ECM transactions, advising issuers, banks and institutional investors on high-profile and complex matters. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse client base and work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, market-leading practice.

The role will involve:

Advising on IPOs (Main Market and AIM), secondary fundraisings and placings
Public company advisory work, including ongoing disclosure and governance matters
Acting for issuers and underwriters on equity offerings
Supporting on broader Corporate Finance transactions as required.

The successful candidate will have:

2–6 years’ PQE with solid ECM experience
Strong technical and drafting skills
Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
