These are exciting times at ARAG Law as we’ve been through a period of positive change and sustained growth across our friendly and high-performing Litigation and Dispute Management teams. As a result, we’re looking for someone to join us as an Associate in our Contract Disputes team, who sit within the wider Volume Litigation department.
As an Associate, you’ll gain valuable experience by managing your own caseload end-to-end in a commercial manner, either through the courts and litigation or the use of mediation and other ADR techniques. In addition, you’ll ensure the early assessment of the prospects of success of each claim, and that the claim is handled throughout in accordance with the requirements of our client’s legal expenses insurance policy.
You’ll also help to drive a culture of effective and efficient case handling, take personal ownership of customer problems until resolution, work to deliver SLA’s, KPI’s financial & performance targets, and share knowledge and best practice with your wider team.
This is a hybrid role – minimum 2 days per week in our Bristol office (5 minutes’ walk from Bristol Temple Meads station). The role is ideally full-time, but we can also consider part-time options (min. 4 days a week, or the equivalent hours).
About You
We are keen to hear from you if you are a highly motivated legal professional with previous experience dealing with Contract Disputes, and a genuine passion for going the extra mile to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
