Job Summary
As an Associate Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our systems in installation, service and repair. The interaction with customers in person or over the phone, handling their technical inquires and complaints is key to building a lasting customer relationship. You will coordinate yourself independently to keep your Area on track.
Key Responsibilities
Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, the key responsibilities are:
- Support of highly advanced medical equipment to build 3D-Maps to accurately visualize the anatomy of the human heart, identify the root cause and treat them in one intervention
