JobOverview:
KeyResponsibilities
Provideon-sitesupport30hoursperweek,scheduledbetween7:00am4:00pm,MondaytoFriday(exactscheduleconfirmedatleastonemonthinadvance).
Deliveranadditional10hourspermonthofscheduledout-of-hourssupport,includingeveningsorweekendsdependingonoperationalneeds.
Performscheduledmaintenance,preventativeservicing,systemchecks,andreportingwithincoreworkinghours.
ProvideresponsivesupportanddiagnosticsforAVsystemsincludingLEDvideowalls,AVcontrolplatforms,andmeetingroomequipment.
Ensurethatalltasksarelogged,tracked,andreportedinlinewithservicelevelagreementsandinternalprocesses.
Collaboratewithinternalteamsandclientstomaintainoptimalsystemfunctionalityandusersatisfaction.
Overtimepaidat1.5xrateforanyhoursworkedbeyondthestandard40-hourweeklyschedule.
UKpublicholidaysareexcludedfromregularhoursunlessexplicitlyagreedinwriting.
TechnicalScope
Maintenanceandsupportof:
Minimum57yearsofexperienceinasimilarAVservice/supportrole.
IndustrycertificationsuchasCTShighlydesirable.
StrongworkingknowledgeofAVsystemsintegration,diagnostics,andtroubleshooting.
FamiliaritywithCrestron,QSC,andothercontrolplatformsisessential.
Demonstratesa"can-do"attitude,professionalism,andacommitmenttodeliveringhigh-qualityservice
