Services to support our classrooms, Classroom AV equipment, and computers for a new building being built in Farnborough, UK. Support would be 24/7 (may use after-hours remote support via on-call)

Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain an experienced, full-time, on-site A/V Support Technician with demonstrable expertise in enterprise-class audio/visual systems and classroom IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine operation, preventive maintenance, and fault resolution for all supported A/V hardware and associated classroom IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to training schedules.
- Respond to all incidents, service requests, and change requests in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Coordinate and liaise with third-party vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and client IT or facilities teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, including incident logs, maintenance reports, and configuration documentation.
