About the Role

We are partnering with a leading business to recruit an Audit Data Analytics Manager to join their Internal Audit function. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, applying your technical expertise to transform audit processes, deliver actionable insights, and embed data analytics capabilities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative data analytics solutions to support audit objectives, including continuous auditing, continuous control monitoring, and AI-enabled functionality.
• Lead hands-on development of analytics tools and visualisations to drive more efficient and effective audits.
• Build data analytics capabilities across the audit team through structured training and skills development.
• Embed data analytics techniques into audit methodology to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, technology, and data teams to facilitate sharing of knowledge, tools, and data.
• Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analytics requests as required.
• Support all aspects of audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue tracking.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Expertise in audit data analytics, delivering actionable insights in a business environment.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, or other scripting/automation tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
