Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage relationships with large, technically complex clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and set priorities for client engagement.
- Provide trusted advice to owner-managers on both business and personal matters, acting as a strategic business adviser.
- Oversee all aspects of client engagements, including allocation of work and maintaining high standards of client service.
- Manage the full audit process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and delivering within agreed timescales.
- Continuously analyse client business complexities to inform audit strategies and priorities.
- Excellent working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience auditing clients across a variety of industries.
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of clients effectively.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and performance.
