Your Impact and Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone with an enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector. While no prior experience is required, a passion for helping clients and supporting their missions is key.

You’ll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects, building lasting connections with colleagues and start off by learning the fundamentals, including:

• Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team
• Collaborating closely with your mentor on audit planning and client accounts
• Performing analytical reviews and drafting client correspondence

What We’re Looking For:

While a background in finance is not required, we do seek graduates with at least 112 UCAS Points (or equivalent) and a 2:1 degree, or those who are AAT qualified with a minimum of 280 UCAS points. A genuine passion for a career in audit and finance, combined with the ambition to thrive, is what truly counts.
