Audit Manager

Lutine Bell are excited to be working with a high performing well known Pensions organisation who are looking to expand their Internal Audit department with an Audit Manager who will lead on audit engagements and report directly into the Head of Internal Audit.

What you’ll do

• Own and deliver end-to-end audits on complex processes.
• Provide trusted assurance and consultancy to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and root causes—and communicate them clearly.
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow.

What we’re looking for

Essential:

• Professional qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Internal audit experience in Insurance as a minimum, ideally Life & Pensions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to understand complex processes and explain risks simply.
• Great communicator who can engage with all personalities.

Desirable:

• Degree in a numerical subject.
• Experience in pensions or data analytics.
