Description

Simpson Judge Ltd are seeking an experienced Audit Manager one of their established partners growing audit team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own portfolio of audit clients and leading teams to deliver high-quality audit engagements across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion.
Lead and review audit assignments, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards and firm policies.
Supervise, mentor, and develop audit seniors and trainees.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the audit process.
Identify and communicate technical and commercial insights to clients.
Work closely with partners and directors to support business development and departmental growth.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Proven experience managing a portfolio of audit clients within a UK practice.
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities.
