The role

• Managing a portfolio of charity and NFP audit clients
• Leading audits, briefing teams, and reviewing work
• Building trusted client relationships and providing technical guidance
• Reviewing statutory accounts and ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery

What we’re looking for

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients, ideally within charities, NFP, or education
• A proactive leader who enjoys mentoring and developing junior team members
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
