Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage public sector audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Act as a technical expert, advising both clients and internal teams.
• Oversee and mentor audit teams, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Contribute to business development and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare audit opinion summaries and other reporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing external audits and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
• Public sector audit experience is essential.
