Audit Supervisor

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality audit work to a varied client base, ranging from SMEs to larger corporate groups across a wide range of sectors. You’ll gain exposure to complex assignments, contribute to coaching junior staff, and work closely with managers and partners, making it a strong platform for future progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
• Oversee fieldwork, review working papers, and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Support in preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and support trainees as they develop their technical skills
• Identify opportunities to enhance audit efficiency and add value for clients

About You:

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA with solid audit experience in practice
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to take on responsibility
