As Automation Manager, youll lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of innovative robotic process automation (RPA), and machine learning technologies that transform healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
Youll manage a skilled team, influence multimillion-pound digital programmes, and collaborate with clinical and IT leaders to drive a bold automation roadmap aligned with Trust-wide digital strategies. Qualifications

Essential
Masters degree level qualification or equivalent in computing or related field.
Quality Improvement, Service Improvement or Lean Certification
ITIL Foundation Certificate
Desirable
Certification in programming Intelligent Automation or similar.
MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Registered Practitioner.
Professional registration (BCS, IEE, UKCHIP).
ITIL Expert level qualification
