Job Type: Contract 3 month initial
We are seeking a highly experienced AVEVA PI Consultant and Architect with a strong background in OT systems, industrial data integration, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead and support end-to-end AVEVA PI System implementations, ensuring seamless integration within complex industrial environments. The candidate will come with over 12 years of overall experience.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of AVEVA PI System solutions across manufacturing and industrial environments.
Drive end-to-end implementation projects, including system requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Provide expert-level guidance on PI System components such as PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Interfaces/Connectors.
Integrate AVEVA PI with diverse OT systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs, MES) and enterprise IT platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PI implementation with business and operational objectives.
Define data models, tagging structures, and analytics frameworks within PI AF to support advanced visualization and reporting.
Perform system health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
Required Skills/Experience
AVEVA PI System architecture and implementation expertise
Strong OT systems and industrial integration knowledge
Manufacturing domain experience
