About the Team

The team is particularly strong in operating leasing, aircraft trading, and portfolio management transactions. With long-standing relationships across the industry, the team works alongside other leading aviation law teams on complex, high-value deals.

What You’ll Do

Act as lead associate on transactions with partner support
Draft, review, and amend complex aviation finance documentation
Liaise with clients, providing commercially focused advice
Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives

About You

3-6 PQE solicitor with experience in aviation finance and leasing
Background in a firm with a strong reputation in asset finance
Able to manage your own workload and lead transactions
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
Collaborative and commercially minded, able to build strong relationships
