🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for avionics and mission systems
- Oversee integration of autopilots, INS/GPS, C2 systems, and payloads (EO/IR, SIGINT, EW)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STDs, and airworthiness standards
- Manage vendors, risks, and quality across the full lifecycle
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in aerospace/defense engineering (8+ in project management)
- Strong background in UAV avionics and mission systems integration
- Familiarity with defense program lifecycles and certification processes
- Proficiency in DOORS, Jira, MS Project, Polarion
- Eligible for UAE defense/security clearance
- Willing to relocate to the UAE and travel internationally
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Avionics, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic Engineering (required)
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
