As an AWS Alliance Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for AWS relationships, managing and expanding partnerships to drive new opportunities for Rebura in the UK. You'll play a vital role in aligning Rebura's goals with AWS's Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, developing joint strategies, and coordinating campaigns that drive pipeline growth. Acting as an internal advocate for AWS, you will also support funding processes, educate internal teams, and represent Rebura across the AWS ecosystem.
This role is mostly office based in Central London with some limited travel to events in London / South East. This is a sales/marketing client facing role.

As part of the EMEA alliance team, you will serve as a bridge between Rebura and AWS representatives, fostering a collaborative approach to customer success and pipeline growth. Working closely with AWS's UK Commercial teams, you will collaborate across Rebura's sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve shared commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture relationships with AWS reps and management, acting as the primary point of contact for AWS commercial teams.
* Build, manage and maintain a robust AWS pipeline, ensuring opportunities are tracked, prioritised, and progressed by Rebura sales teams effectively.
* Drive new opportunity creation by aligning AWS initiatives with Rebura's sales strategy.
* Develop and execute joint GTM strategies, including designing and delivering sales campaigns with Rebura's marketing team.
* Organize and lead internal AWS events to educate teams on Rebura and partnership benefits.
* Coordinate networking events with AWS Sellers to foster deeper collaboration and identify opportunities.
* Oversee AWS funding processes, including preapprovals, claims, and reporting, ensuring funding aligns with Rebura's pipeline goals.
* Provide feedback on AWS GTM focuses and market trends to inform Rebura's strategies and priorities.
* Be an active and visible representative of Rebura in the AWS ecosystem, building credibility and trust with AWS stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in alliance or partner management, ideally within the cloud or technology consulting space.
* Strong understanding of AWS funding programs, including qualification criteria and claiming processes.
* Expertise in developing sales campaigns and coordinating GTM initiatives.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, ideally, with experience engaging AWS teams and management.
* Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about being an active member of the AWS ecosystem.
