B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer – London City Airport
Pay: £75000 - £90000 per annum
We are hiring experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join a respected line maintenance team at London City Airport. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment on the Embraer E190 fleet.

You’ll handle both planned maintenance and urgent defect rectification, making this a varied and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out line maintenance on Embraer E190 aircraft
- Respond to AOG situations and troubleshoot under pressure
- Ensure all work complies with CAA Part 145 regulations
- Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times
Essential Requirements
- UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 license
- At least one current type rating (E190 preferred, but not essential)
- Able to pass airport security and airside driving checks
- Experience with both planned and reactive line maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently
- Up-to-date knowledge of CAA Part 145 standards
