Role overview
We're looking for a B2B Creative (Copywriter) who knows how to turn smart thinking into standout copy and concepts.
You're an ideas-first creative who can concept and copywrite, shaping engaging social content that works across different platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
You know how to engage a B2B audience using social insights and strategies, creating shareable content and working with creative teams. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll lead projects, mentor juniors, and drive bold B2B content across formats and platforms.

As a B2B Creative (Copywriter) at Cubaka, you will:
- Be able to concept 360 social ideas that span paid, organic and influencer.
- Be full of unusual, original ideas that get people watching, liking and sharing.
- Develop original creative concepts that win attention, awards, and client trust.
- Be self-assured, bringing your ideas to life in presentations internally and to clients.
- You'll also have experience in line management and getting the most from your team, though this is not essential immediately.
- Have experience writing influential and compelling copy that complements visual content and inspires action, such as clicks, conversions, and engagement.
- Be audience-first by understanding who your content needs to speak to. You know what makes them tick, what sort of content they search for, what they want to watch.
- Align your creative vision with strategy and account goals to ensure every idea has purpose and power.
- Be used to collaborating with analytics teams to monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement based on creative performance data.
- Collaborate with strategists, account leads, and fellow creatives to ensure our work is culturally relevant, entertaining, and engaging.
- Uphold quality for craft and storytelling, ensuring all creative meets expectations.
- Stay on top of the latest formats, social trends, and the best B2B Social campaigns - always pushing our output forward.
You will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with experience concepting and leading social-first content for B2B clients.
- A portfolio full of bold, insight-driven ideas - showing you can concept standout campaigns that connect with B2B audiences.
- You know how to turn a strategic brief into engaging, platform-native content across formats like short-form video, Carousels, Reels, and LinkedIn Articles and Newsletters.
- Confidence in turning insights or strategy into big ideas that connect with audiences and grow engagement.
- Experience working in a real-time work setting while balancing diverse responsibilities independently.
- Clear and engaging communication and presentation proficiency, with experience in sharing creative ideas and concepts.
- A collaborative mindset and confidence to lead creative conversations, present work, and mentor junior talent.
- Experience developing content for both brand awareness and performance.
