About The Role
As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for architecting and executing the CRM strategy for Dyson Professional (B2B), driving prospects and customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle. You will deliver consistent lifecycle and tactical email marketing campaigns, that are impactful and scalable across multiple B2B markets.
The importance of customer data is vital for the effectiveness and efficiency of this role; therefore, you will be the go-to expert in data governance; including areas such as data quality, data accuracy, data enrichment and GDPR and privacy.
You will also be responsible for providing the sales teams with the insights and functionality globally to self-serve, and to provide them with the most engaged prospects at the right time in their journey, through automation, and internal stakeholder engagement, through regular meetings and relevant training.
