B2B Group Social Media Manager

Job Title: Group Social Media Manager – B2B Tech Company

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £45K–£55K depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the social strategy and execution across 3 B2B tech brands
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms
• Execute and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns
• Collaborate with global teams and freelancers to repurpose and refine content
• Support senior stakeholder
• Maintain consistency in tone and branding across all channels

Skills & Experience:

• Strong B2B social media experience, ideally within tech
• Proven ability to run both organic and paid social campaigs
• Highly data-driven, with strong reporting and analysis skills
• Proficient in Hootsuite, Canva, and basic video editing tools
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
