Job Description:
As a B2B Marketing Lead, you’ll be a key player in our B2B Marketing Network of Excellence (NoE)—a global centre of marketing expertise that shapes customer strategies across bp’s C&P business. You’ll support impactful campaigns and customer engagement initiatives that grow our most valuable B2B relationships.
You’ll use insights and performance data to shape customer experiences, champion the bp brand, and lead integrated marketing activity across multiple regions. This is a collaborative and dynamic role—perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, customer-centricity, and strategic execution.
What you'll do
- Deliver compelling customer engagement programs including virtual and in-person events that showcase bp’s value to key customer segments (e.g., fleet, industrial, or channel partners).
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and strategic account management initiatives to drive customer impact and revenue growth.
- Champion the bp B2B brand, ensuring consistent storytelling across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate across NoEs, regional teams, and sales leaders to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned, effective, and measurable.
- Apply insights from the Marketing Excellence and Intelligence & Insights teams to continuously improve strategy, campaigns, and advocacy programs.
- Guide and support the creation of value-based content and commercial cases that resonate with decision-makers in key customer verticals.
- Use independent judgment to manage complex problems and suggest process improvements across stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to the annual B2B marketing plan, providing insights and helping prioritize key initiatives and budget allocations.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to increase engagement and ROI.
- Partner with cross-functional teams globally to build a strong pipeline of customer advocacy and long-term loyalty.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within a complex, global organization—experience in energy, tech, or consulting a plus.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills to support campaign performance and business case development
- Cross cultural experience working with Global teams
- Expertise in campaign management, ABM, and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong skills in project management, data-driven decision-making, and partner alignment.
- Proficiency with marketing tools/platforms and performance analytics.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities—you can inspire internal teams and external customers alike.
- Collaborative approach with experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strategic problem solver with commercial competence and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
